The mission of Forget Me Not Animal Rescue (501c3) is to rescue, provide veterinary care, and rehome companion animals that have been abandoned, failed, surrendered, abused and neglected. We are committed to reducing the unwanted animal population through public education and spay/neuter programs. Forget Me Not strives to save those forgotten shelter dogs/cats in Illinois and surrounding states.
